Prices – Product prices are shown including VAT.
Shipping – We ship using an official carrier. Within Spain your order should normally be with you within a week, as long as the product is in stock and payment has been received and processed. If an order is urgent or important please contact us to check delivery times. For transport prices for other countries please contact us by email.
Local delivery or pick-up – Local clients can collect orders direct from Textilesnaturales at Cristosende 78, 3265 A Teixeira, Ourense, Galicia, Spain. For local pickups it is necesary to phone to arrange a suitable time and date to ensure somebody is able to offer you assistance. T. 669 600 620. We can also deliver products to Ourense city as a pick-up point. Again, consult us by phone to arrange a suitable time and date and any costs involved. Local delivery and pick-up orders require payment in cash.
Returns Policy – Our customers may return any product within 14 days of receipt as long as in its original packaging and in perfect condition and we will refund its total value (excluding transaction and original transport costs). Customers have the responsibility and obligation to return the item to us at Cristosende 78, 32765 A Teixeira, Ourense, Galicia in perfect condition. Textilesnaturales cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are either damaged in transit to us or sent without product insurance or guaranteed delivery service. Nor are we able to recompense customers for items which have been used or damaged.
How to Pay – We offer various ways to pay.
- Credit card payment online via PayPal on the textilesnaturales online shop.
- PayPal account payment online.
- By national or international bank transfer (please contact us by email to pay this way and we will facilitate the account number). Please email proof of payment by email to ensure swifter delivery.
- By cheque (UK bank accounts in sterling only). Euro cheques from non-Spanish banks – Please note there is an additional charge for this as banks charge us to process these cheques.
Course cancellations You may cancel your place on a course at any time. Please note the following conditions on repayment of fees.
- More than 30 days before start date – We return the fee paid for the course/accommodation to you minus a 15€ admin charge and any bank charges payable on the transaction.
- Between 15 – 30 days before course start date – We return 75% of the total value of the course/accommodation fee paid.
- Between 8 – 14 days before course start date – We return 50% of the total value of the course/accommodation fee.
- 7 days or less before the course start date – We do not return your course fee for last minute cancellations of this kind. This allows us to offer pupils the guarantee that courses will run despite a reduced number of pupils.
In the unlikely event of being unable to run a course / accommodation then we return the amount paid for course + accommodation if applicable. We regret any inconvenience caused but are not able to accept further liability for cancelling a course.
Privacy policy – We may contact you regarding our products and services but do not pass your details on to third parties. You may contact us at any time to request that we no longer send you information.
